I had no issue with the seller, the item arrived quickly and on time. The problem is with the design of the case itself. The foam inserts should have been made with foam that is more rigid rather than flimsy less dense foam. If you put 21 watches with mostly metal bands on the top tray you better be careful lifting it out because it sags due to the weight. Also I’m betting this type of foam might dry out after many years. The latches should have been a bit stronger also. Not recommended
