Works great in my 386 machine. Did not work in my 486 machine because the card does not have its own BIOS and the 486 BIOS on my motherboard doesn't handle a 2nd IDE channel. Found a home in my 386, currently attached to an IDE- SD adapter with XT-IDE bios for transferring data to/from the 386. Would buy from the seller again.
