      We only retail genuine products direct from the manufacturers of the hearing aids. You have not contacted us to discuss why this has happened and to try and resolve it. We are a small family run audiology enterprise priding ourselves in exceptional service quality for all our patients. We do not understand how could this have happened as your receiver was sent from us sealed from the factory... Also, we have upgraded your receiver to the latest one free of charge with a pack of wax guards free.
