    Item as listed with fast delivery. However, I ordered 2 harnesses. And the one is much bigger than the other even though 1 is supposed to be XXS and the other one supposed to be XS I've ordered 2 more. XXS since I do have a larger cat to put the bigger one on, but I do believe the xs label is incorrect.. Also, note the sizes description is not consistent from color to color. One xxs color is 12.2". Another xxs is 11.2".
