I took pictures and everything so I could have evidence for my return. However, after I opened the box, the projector was in great shape and had plenty bubble wrap and padding around it. It works perfectly and is nice and bright. Can't find any dust in it either. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Also, they sent the proper, branded remote which is good.

They both came in the same box with excellent wrapping. This was my first time ordering thru Ebay and I have been very pleased with the experience. I had been looking for a pair of projectors but the ones I was looking at were in the $300-$400 apiece! Imagine my surprise when I was able to locate these NEC projectors for $125 apiece. They are just what I needed.
