    I’ve bought this backpack multiple times in the past (from others, over ~15 years). I was very dismayed that this one didn’t seem to pass QC because it had sharp metal sticking out of several grommets. I tried using pliers to flatten, but that didn’t work. I tried putting adhesive material over them to cover and protect me and my clothes, but they fell off, and my clothes and skin got snagged. Threw it away.
