    These cards won't work out of the box without Dell or intel SPFs on BSD. You have to change the loader.conf.local file with the following line 'hw.ix.unsupported_sfp=1' to get them to accept CISCO, AO, or SolarFlare SFPs. Those are the brands I have so that is all I tested.
