The boots themselves are BEAUTIFUL. Sadly, they didn't arrive in a box, and the locks didn't match (honestly, how could anyone be expected to use SIX keys to unlock these?). The seller and I worked out a compromise though and I'm a happy camper. Will definitely buy from them again (because I love, love, LOVE their shoes and boots).

I ordered these boots in custom colour and also wanted custom measurements. I contacted the seller before hand and this was no problem. After I placed the order I received very little/poor communication and the boots arrived very wrong. I also tried contacting the seller before leaving this feedback and I have also received very little communication. If you’re looking for custom boots, I would look elsewhere. So frustrating and a complete waste of a lot of money.
