    I avoided neutral feedback there was an issue item not received had communication with seller. I was offered a refund, but seller could not process due to glitch. I had to involve Ebay guarantee policy and was able to retrieve my payment, communication with me limited just to stay in loop. Advise To seller avoid shipping items unless scanned when picked up they are on notice of receipt for future it makes them responsible, I would still give an A for effort
