      First of all he was tired of contacting me. And secondly and most importantly we did not find the product I bought ok no problem so far but I told him to send it back and pay the shipping myself and while he said ok he called the country's customs told me not to send it back and that he did not agree with anything we said. and so I lost close to 300 euros.

You purchased a product, We shipped it to you and then didn't want to pay your duties and taxes, We didn't call UPS with instructions. You had options.
