Damaged in transit. Seller said it’s my problem. I asked what to do he said got to the PO. I did they laughed at me.

I tried helping and I told this customer that the item was insured and that he needed to file a claim with his post office since the post office delivered it to him supposedly damaged. Once at the post office it is out of my control. He refused to listen to my instructions and apparently failed communicating with them, leaving this negative in spite. I paid for the shipping out of my pocket. He would have been helped had he done what I said. This is the thanks I get.
