This company is the most terrible I've ever had to deal with. They sent me a product not as described and are now trying to get out if refunding my money. They keep messaging me with ridiculous questions even though they have been provided with every detail possible. I have been disappointed, angry, annoyed, they have wasted so much of my time. I am a pensioner and this purchase is a luxury for me yet they don't care less. I could write more but they have upset so much I can't do it anymore.

Hi there, as we said before, we want you to send us some photos to show the product is unsuitable for your mode so that we can provide you with a return label or a better solution But you can't even send us one photo, and now you just come to give negative feedback to us. If we don't care, we won't even reply to you. We just want to know the problem with the product, so that we can improve. But it seems like you can't understand.

Weather Shields are GOOD, however, the most expensive part , the "BONNET PROTECTOR" is absolutely "USELESS". Does NOT fit, it has been cut wrong and even the holes are punched in the wrong places. Very Disappointed.
