    My package was delivered to the wrong address. The Postmaster confirmed it because the postal employee was required to take a picture of the mailbox to where it was delivered. 10 days after the package was incorrectly delivered, I contacted Ebay and they contacted the seller who immediately shipped another, one which I received in 5 days. You really never know how good the seller and the Ebay guarantees are until something goes wrong. I give them both 5 stars! The product is perfect!

    Not as pictured in listing. Good quality reproduction. Comb bound so manual lays flat for viewing. A plus for me. Shipping a little delayed but arrived quickly via USPS. Manual was packaged in a box vs plastic envelope so condition was perfect. Great value as long as it’s complete. I will enjoy using for years!
