Purchased for multifarious apparel use, eg, a light waterproof jacket, building out an existing waterproof quilted running jacket (adding a hood & for replacement outer/panelling after resizing), extra waterproof layer outers to cotton blend clothing. Fabric is super soft & spot on for this I’ve found, with great water repellence (as stated & I tried out samples). Steel plate fx cool & fancy imo. Great in comms, recommended item/seller. Cheers!
