Item arrived quickly, but was not an EXACT match for the original. There is not power switch on the unit and the fan is blocked in the rear when installed in an RND4000. Also, 2 of the screw holes on the base did not align exactly right.

They continue to answer questions even after the sale. I purchased the first item and after a few weeks it went bad. I purchased another one and sent the first one back under warranty and did not get my refund. NOT KDM fault. UPS lost the item and when I went to file a claim it was outside of the 60 day limit. If they lose a shipment they tell you to wait a few more days, so I wait and then it was outside the 60 day time frame.
