    The harp is in new condition the bag however arrived with tears on the stitching. So it's exposing the padding on the inside. The harp looks just as described, and seems to be good quality. I've had a few issues with 5 strings unraveling from the tuning pin but that can sometimes be expected with new strings adjusting to the tension. Hopefully it doesn't continue. The rubber padding on the lever came off as well but it was an easy fix. Just annoying when it's so new to have this many issues.

    Firstly, the seller's communication was great, the harp was well packed and arrived quickly. But it was not the same as the one in the listing and it was damaged slightly. I asked to return it - they clearly didn't want me to do that. After various negotiations I settled for a partial refund. If you're thinking of buying one of these, be aware that it is a very poor quality instrument. Hard to tune and levers too stiff to use.
