The seller's policy requires a signature for the smallest of items, such as a carburetor kit, which increases the delivery time over a week and makes the transaction exceedingly frustrating. The seller claims that the signature policy is imposed by "the Post Office (Taiwan or USPS?), but it is their own shipping method, "Registered Small Packet" from Taiwan, that is the cause of needless inconvenience. It might be due to their claim that the item(s) shipped are "commercial samples." Dumb.
