The picture makes the leaves and parts around the stone look raised and defined, when in actual fact it is all smoothed together. My ring also arrived with a chip of gold missing. I contacted the seller and sent them a picture. As the ring was cheap, I expected a full refund. However, I was offered a one pound refund which I had to accept. Rubbish ring, rubbish customer service.
