It was what I expected, although the part that goes on the car is smaller than the same I already have, which is fine. It didn't take too long, and arrived on the promised date. I was surprised though that it didn't come in the original packaging, but that's ok as the papers that it comes with were included. A short thank you note would have been nice, but isn't necessary. I'm glad they accept offers on this item.
