No thermal paste or pad included, so be prepared to provide your own before beginning replacement. EBay International Shipping uses DHL, and whom they choose to use for the actual delivery varies from courier to Postal. Not the sellers fault, but needs to be stated. This time they used Canada Post, so there were a lot of fees. Item was shipped quickly, it was the rest of the delivery process.
