The item arrived; its quality is decent. However, I'm uncertain that the seller is a human. My first message to seller got no response; I requested to change my shipping address seconds after purchase, after having found no way to do that in eBay's complicated new automated system. I wrote again, no response. When the package arrived at the old address which I'd requested the seller to ignore, I wrote the seller and did receive a response: directing me to handle the issue directly with the USPS!
