      The RO/DI system arrived poorly packaged, resulting in a bent main bracket and a cracked filter container. I reached out to the seller for a warranty replacement, but they refused to help and instead suggested I buy another unit. When I declined, they offered no further support. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller, as they do not stand by their products or care about customer satisfaction.
