- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI've been using cleavers (Chinese knives) for about 10–12 years, so I have a few pretty decent ones. The one I just bought is a real step up in quality—it has a very thin, rigid blade and is incredibly sharp (VG-10 steel really makes a difference). As a bonus, there's a matte area right after the heel of the blade that prevents onions, tomatoes, and other ingredients from sticking. The blade geometry is a bit different from the cleavers I'm used to, but all in all, I'm thrilled with this.
