I've tried a number of different lightning cables just to prove the point both from Apple and from third party like Belkin. They are all very similar in size, the tubes don't fit over any of the lightning cable ends. Very VERY close but unfortunately not close enough. I WISH they were slightly wider even 1mm would make all the difference. Buyer beware. Arrived well packaged but as the product simply doesn't fit...
