Then ensued a partial refund offer, a pointless suggestion to modify the item and finally an agreement for a full refund...if I paid the return postage as the seller claimed no knowledge of the ebay return label process. It was neccessary to open a dispute with ebay to finalise the refund. DON'T supply faulty goods and DON'T waste buyers time. Avoid seller at all cost!
