    First, he sent it to the wrong address even though I sent him an email prior to mailing it out. He refused to answer any of my emails even after he received the product back. I had to get eBay involved to get me a refund because once he received it back, he did not even Send it to the correct address even though eBay sent him a message. He sent them a tracking number, but it was an old tracking number that was invalid. Finally, eBay gave me my money back.
