Poly carbonite container is almost unbreakable (you have to run it over) The container is sealed in plastic wrap, then inserted into 100lb break cardboard box and then sealed shut with tape. They ALWAYS arrive in new condition. (we have shipped thousands) Why complain about the cardboard when the item you purchased is fine. I don't get it. Some karens have too much time on there hands.
