When I tried to install the large 9" on my angle grinder, the disc was too large and too close to my finger to use it safely. I would need an arbor extension. Used the smaller 4.5 " disc with great results. First time using the shrinking disc, on a fender crease that hammer and dolly could not remove. I had to apply more disc pressure on the high spot and cool down with cold water to finally get the metal shrink .
