When I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and apologized. I requested the other four batteries which they sent. Unfortunately, the second shipment never arrived. After giving it a little over a week, I contacted them again. They promptly issued a refund. I believe they shipped the other four batteries, but they probably got lost in the mail since there was no tracking.

Shipping was a bit hairy bcuz USPS lost the batteries for a couple days, but the seller was quick to respond, they offered to send replacement packs immediately. Fortunately the USPS delivered the items before the replacements shipped. Great customer service, I can't complain.
