Our pics show there was no issue with the over 50 yr part, and even if there was a broken bolt it would have come out using a punch and hammer in less than 5 mins. It is steel bolt in a aluminum housing and this happens frequently. Customer also sent initial message stating nice parts......... In his compliant never showed pic of the supposed broke bolt. If he took the shock apart and something broke that is on his end.
