    Seat was new, as described, arrived on time in generous packaging. Easy to install with correct tools: You'll need a 6mm allen wrench for initial removal, and to transfer the 'bars' over, you'll need a star-shaped screwdriver, and either a wrench or locking pliers (vise-grip).
