Seller ignored messages for days, then offered refund, return, or replacement. I chose replacement, but they later say I must return the item with letter saying boxed sealed and unused. Can't do that - they delivered box with broken seal. Dont trust them. Still no resolution. Ordered 18 Oct. Now 29 Oct and nothing. Given them ample opportunity to correct. Opening a case with eBay. Avoid this seller.
