It's possible the pentalobe screw heads at the bottom of the phone were clogged with dirt/debris? It happens quite often. In the newer video, we mention this and show you how to clean it with isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush. Absolutely not a problem for us to send you a replacement after I personally test it.
