I asked if seller can take a photo of ad in magazine & ONLY IF I like the quality BUT I DIDNT like the quality. ( I already had a photo from internet years ago & was same poor quality.) Seller insisted it was good photo & demanded $ for non-ebay photo transaction. I opened a ebay case, seller said "close case & I refund you" which is EXTORTION! 31 DAYS NO REFUND!
