This buyer was upset because the clear plastic corners of his diagram (no part of the printed diagram) were bent in shipping - and I couldn't guarantee that any replacements wouldn't be bent. I told him to ask for a 100% refund and I would give it to him happily - if he sent the diagram back, but apparently his experience wasn't so bad that he wanted to return the diagram. I'm truly sorry I couldn't fix this for him, but what the PO does when shipping is out of my hands.
