I only received 5 Boxes and one had been opened and taped shut. That box only had 7 capsules, so I only received 47 total. Seller made things right by issuing a partial refund. Thank you.

My only option was to return the item and try to get a refund, eBay has a new policy that is pro seller and leave the buyer stranded. When you look at the photo, it shows the blonde double espresso and that was not in the box.

Unfortunately, it was shipped in its original box and went through some rough handling during shipment. One end of the box was soak and wet. Some of the contents were damaged and not usable. It would have been best if the item was placed in another box for protection during shipment. I’ll remember not to order from the seller again☹️☹️
