    Listing had item “like new” condition. It was packaged in a bag without any protection and was therefore in poor condition when it arrived. Told the seller this happened to which the seller claimed this has never happened before and they didn’t know how it could have happened. The seller only asked how I would like for them to make it right without offering any solutions themselves, so I asked for another copy. I was informed there were no more copies. No other messages or solutions offered.
