One item had apparently been a return to the company where he received his goods and had some missing parts. I contacted him and immediately he responded, offered to send a new one the next day and I didn't have to return the one with missing parts. I received the new one within 2 days of my contact with him. I would definitely do business with him again! AAA+ SELLER!

Unfortunately, I found out that this Pendant lamp is obsolete and glass shades for replacement cannot be located, even by Hampton Bay. I ended purchasing another pendant lamp identical to this one simply for the shades. 1" fitter shades are not available and the maker of this lamp is not shipping replacement parts to Home Depot anymore.
