I'm surprised yodel is still in business and that sellers still want to use them. As a buyer I try to avoid sellers who only use yodel because of appalling customer service & poor delivery by this courier. It would be good if sellers were obliged to advise potential customers which delivery service they will use for a transaction so that buyers could avoid such a poor quality delivery service.
