I'm keeping the small box and insert that was used to ship this small item so I can reuse it in the future. Item was exactly as pictured and fixed our problem. I tested the resistance of the PTC relay when I opened it and it was basically the same as our original PTC relay before it went bad and the internals broke down. Seller replied to my question faster than another seller and so they got the sale. Thanks.
