    These are beautiful mugs and just as pictured. They were packaged well, shipped promptly and arrived on time per tracking. They were a great price and I love them. Unfortunately, one arrived broken despite the careful packing. The seller was very responsive and when I messaged her about the broken mug, she immediately refunded more than1/3 of the original selling price of all three mugs. This seller is very kind and values her customers and I'm sure I'll be back to her shop again.
