The shipping was promptly, and the record was well packed, but upon arrival, it appeared it had a crack which caused ticks for 30-45 seconds on both sides. It was not easy to see, so I can understand the seller missed it. After contacting the seller, I received a full refund. Honest seller with very good customer service.
