    Arrived with frayed strap (see photos). Instead of just replacing it the seller asked for it to be returned. This is a £3.20 item, returning would not only inconvenience me but incur further costs to the seller - not an intelligent way to run a business. Fortunately, the seller saw the error of their position and issued a full refund - this deserves positive feedback, but I'm not overly impressed with the capo itself, so can't recommend it.
