My package was late and they said that USPS told them “the truck was stuck” - but it just ended up being delayed through customs. When asked why they lied about their location they got defensive, wouldn’t answer the question and instead issued an automatic refund. And when the package finally did arrive, the product was in a squashed box, and backwards.
