Sold ‘as new’ but printer arrived with empty ink as ink had leaked everywhere. Replacement ink was sent in different shaped bottles which don’t fit to refill the printer. When sending pics I was told ‘It’s not hard, look on YouTube’ rather than seeing they’re completely different and will not fit. The printer was sold as new and opened, not brand new, they sent me no images to prove that there was no ink in the printer, because there was, they wanted £16 discount to supposedly get ink, I sent them 4 bottles of ink with 4 syringes and needles, they do not show the needle on the syringe that will fill the ink tank.
