On 10/28 he informs me "upon inspection the item was SEVERELY defective and he needed to cancel my order to ENSURE my satisfaction" Well isn't that sweet? But can I ask you how you can inspect something a week after you presumably shipped it? And selecting "buyer requested to cancel" as the cancellation reason made it all the more special.
