I had a problem with the remote but the seller was able to easily remedy the problem promptly. I like the battery backup and easy USB-C power. FM radio (mom had to have it) works well and comes in clear. Internet radio works well too. I’m thankful I’ll never have to reset the time for my mom again as it sets itself from the internet. Sound quality very good too for a small radio.
