He was very apologetic and said he would look for a replacement. I told him it was not a big deal as I wasn't going to worry about a dollar. He stated he would check anyway. Well the card arrived after 30+ days floating around the postal service. He was surprised but happy and thanked me for being patient. This is a stand up business! Thanks again!
