One thing the seller missed describing was that the fur trim around the hood had unfortunatley been placed in the dryer and was no longer fluffy. How do I know? On my prior Eddie Bauer goosedown coat I accidently did not unsnap that fur trim and it was put through the dryer. It came out looking like the fur trim on this product that I recently bought. Also, the stain the seller alerted potenicial buyers to, washed right out!
