    This item came delivered with problems that were not the fault of this Seller. I won't even consider buying electronic devices from Micro$oft in the future, new or used. This item was shipped quickly, packed carefully and looked like new when I got it. It was stuck in a UEFI boot loop. This is a Micro$oft problem. Mac2Mall quickly refunded my payment and communicated well throughout. They earned a place on my preferred seller list. Will trade with them again!

The seller quickly responded, and as soon as I sent the faulty one back, they sent a replacement out to me. The replacement unit came in, was flawless and works fantastic!
